CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

 Our company, one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in Cyprus, is looking to recruit a high caliber Qualified Accountant for the position of Chief Accountant to be based in Limassol.

The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility of the accounting department and will report directly to the Finance Director.  The main duties and responsibilities of the position include among others:    

• Preparation of financial statements                         

• Preparation of management accounts including budgets and cash

  flows 

• Design and implementation of internal controls

• Overseeing the smooth running of the accounting department

Requirements

• Membership to a professional Accounting Body

• 1-2 years post-qualification experience

• Strong analytical skills

• Very good organisational and managerial skills

• Strong Computer Literacy

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package including provident fund and medical insurance will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
