Ethics
We at Remedica set ourselves the highest
ethical standards both in our capacity as company employees and as
private individuals. Remedica's excellent reputation both in Cyprus
and abroad must be maintained, and this will only be accomplished by
ensuring a code of conduct that is based on honesty, openness and
trust amongst all employees, and when dealing with customers /
suppliers / trading partners etc.
People
We at Remedica realize that people are our
most valuable asset and are thus committed towards their training
and professional advancement. Communication at all levels must be
encouraged and loyalty and performance rewarded. In order to compete
in the ever-changing global market place, Remedica is actively
recruiting high-caliber people from different parts of the world who
are eligible to work in Cyprus, providing them with exciting career
opportunities and a working environment where they can contribute to
the best of their abilities. In this context, teamwork is actively
encouraged and the word "we" heralded as the most
important - whereas the word "I" the least important.

Customers
No company can exist without customers and
meeting customer needs and wants is generally accepted as the only
way forward. Remedica realizes that in the competitive world we live
in today, it can take months or years to find a customer but only
seconds to loose one. We can only prosper therefore by exceeding
customer expectations rather than by merely fulfilling them. We
believe that the way and the time we devote to addressing customer
needs or problems is a daily investment, since if we do not take
care of our customers, another company will. As such in our dealings
we must be reliable, serious and trustworthy.
Performance
Continuous improvement has become part of the
culture at Remedica. Over the past five years, the company's
impressive growth has made it possible to expand and modernize its
facilities, employ new and expert people, purchase new and automated
equipment and improve working conditions. Wasteful and non -
productive operations and products however must be dropped as
improved efficiency and cost cutting are necessary to maintain the
company's growth into the future. Planning, cooperation and
achievement of targets is thus crucial.
Environment
Care
for the environment is a top priority at Remedica and every effort
is made to reduce waste, recycle materials and protect the
environment from airborne and water pollution. This is achieved by
means of filters and by tertiary treatment of the water effluents
(mainly rinsing water). Remedica has also phased out organic
solvents replacing them by aqueous
systems.
Community
Remedica
plays an active role in the community with organized blood donations
at the Limassol General Hospital,
by providing an attractive and secure future to new people in the
Limassol area and by supporting local medical and other events. In
addition Remedica contributes to the world community by donations of
needed pharmaceuticals to countries hit by earthquakes, floods, war
or other disaster.
